We absolutely love your donations, but to keep things from becoming chaotic, we have to stick to a strict schedule. Please check these days before you load up the car:

Receiving is completely CLOSED on Thursdays.

Furniture drop-offs are TUESDAY and SATURDAY ONLY.

We honestly hate having to turn people away, especially when you’ve hauled a heavy couch or a carload of stuff all the way here, but we just don’t have the capacity to accept items outside of these times.

Full hours for drop-offs:

Monday: 9:30am – 3:30pm
Tuesday: 9:30am – 3:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30am – 3:30pm
Thursday: Receiving is closed
Friday: 9:30am – 3:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 3:00pm
Sundays & Statutory Holidays: Closed
Please note: We accept furniture and large items on Tuesdays and Saturdays only. (Even on these days, it’s best to call ahead and ask for Receiving before coming, just to make sure we are not overloaded with furniture and not accepting that day.)

As donation season gets busier, we kindly ask for your cooperation in helping us keep our receiving area safe, organized, and running smoothly for everyone.

Please Respect Our Receiving Hours

To effectively process donations, we are only able to accept items during our posted receiving hours. We understand this may occasionally be inconvenient, but we must adhere to these hours and cannot accept donations outside of them.

We Reserve the Right to Decline Donations

While we deeply appreciate the generosity of our community, we are not able to accept every item brought to us. Donations may be declined at the discretion of Receiving staff, for reasons including condition, volume, storage capacity, safety concerns, or current store needs.

Kindness Matters

Our staff and volunteers work incredibly hard to serve the community, especially during busy periods. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or volunteers will not be tolerated.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support. Your generosity helps us do meaningful work in our community, and we truly appreciate everyone who partners with us respectfully and thoughtfully.
